Candice Ghazzouli, DMD

If you are looking for a dentist you can trust with your family’s health, look no further than Dr. Candice N. Ghazzouli. An Eta Sigma Sigma – Matthew Cryer Honor Society recipient, and ranked in the top 10 of her 2008 graduating class at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

In 2008, she received The American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award and The National Board Achievement Award for scoring in the 92 percentile overall during her National Board Part I Honors.

Not only a dentist, she is also an artist: before becoming a dentist, Dr. Ghazzouli was a professional ballet dancer and her creative ability is seen in every smile she touches. In addition to her interest in the arts, she is dedicated to her family and community and gives back in every way she can. Personally touched by Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she regularly volunteers for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, educates her community on the signs and symptoms of Lymphoma, and partners with local oncologists to help cancer patients maintain oral health during treatments.

Dr. Wimer, DMD

Dr. Angela Wimer prides herself on her honesty, compassion, and gentle touch when it comes to caring for her patients. She derives the most satisfaction from working one-on-one with people of all ages to educate, inform, and empower them toward a lifetime of oral health.

A summa cum laude Biochemistry graduate of Muhlenberg College, Dr. Wimer pursued her post-graduate education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she received a Dean’s Scholarship, awarded to outstanding students based on both academic and non-academic achievements. She was selected to participate in the Medically Compromised Clinic Honors Program, where she gained invaluable education and experience treating patients with complex medical and dental needs. Upon graduation, she was awarded the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award.

Dr. Wimer chose to further her education in a dental residency program at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA, where she received advanced education in endodontics, implants, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and dental surgery.

In addition to her dedication to continuing education and enrichment, Dr. Wimer places a high degree of importance on her family. This devotion extends beyond her own family and on to her neighborhood and community. She volunteers to provide dentistry to underprivileged families and has been involved with Give Kids a Smile Day.
